We had a double room for two nights and the early check-in was a nice surprise! We loved relaxing by the rooftop area, and the coffee in the lounge was a great perk. Just a heads up, the ventilation pointed a bit towards the bed, which could be a little annoying in warmer weather. ☕️

The location was unbeatable, just a short stroll from Millennium Park and the Navy Pier. We loved exploring the vibrant surroundings and appreciated the pet-friendly environment for our two dogs. The rooms were modern and clean.
For dads, it would be great if maid service came daily.

The location was perfect for exploring, just minutes from Millennium Park and the Riverwalk. The rooftop views were fine, and the cocktails at the bar were great, especially Victor's personalized mixes. Just a heads up.
We had some hiccups with housekeeping, as they didn't replace the used washcloths . It took quite a bit of time to get new ones, a bit inconvenient.

It was just a perfect match for a brief stop-in in Chicago with excellent value for money. The canned water upon arrival was a nice touch, but I wished it was refreshed daily. Be cautious when coming back late as the entrance locks after 9pm.

The accommodations provided were perfect for our two-night stay, with friendly staff and a well-appointed, clean room. The location on Michigan Ave allowed easy walks to shopping and cultural sites. While the nearby dining options, including popular pizza and donut spots, added to our experience, parking was a bit expensive at $30 a day, which could be a factor for those renting cars.

The room was beautiful, and the view to Millennium Park was worth it. I appreciated the comfort . Even though it was just one night, I enjoyed the design and layout of the room. My partner and I took some time to explore nearby attractions.
The check-in experience was disappointing. The lady at the front desk did not. It seemed like she was indifferent to our presence as guests.
